Taking place every second and fourth Saturday of the month, Produce by the Pier is a popular weekend market that (according to their website), “champions sustainability and features fresh, high-quality local produce”. The market operates from 8:00am to 2:00pm – rain, hail or shine – and features a wealth of fresh produce supplied by local farmers and food producers. Not looking for fruit or veggies? The Rockpools

Located in the Broadwater Parklands, the Rockpools Water Playground is guaranteed fun in the sun for kids of all ages. Parents will love the fact that the Rockpools are free to use and also have lifeguards on duty, however kids will absolutely adore splashing through the many water statues and jets that litter the area. The southern end of the park features a bike racing track, pedal trains and massive jumping pillow, while the northern end sports a massive climbing gym for older kids.
