I WANT TO STAY FOR MORE THAN 21 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. CAN I STILL ACCESS THE EMINENCE MEMBER RATES?
Eminence Member Rates are valid for short-stays only. Members who wish to stay 21+ consecutive nights will be offered the Extended Stay Rates in lieu of the Eminence Member Rates.
I PREVIOUSLY USED THE EMINENCE RATES GENERATOR TO BOOK. CAN I STILL USE IT?
The Eminence Rates Generator is no longer available. We no longer send emails with unique booking links to members. Click here to view information on how a member can reserve a stay using the Eminence Member Rates.
DO I NEED AN EMINENCE MEMBERSHIP CARD?
Eminence membership cards (physical and digital cards) have been discontinued and are no longer in use as of Monday 1 May 2023. Members are no longer required to produce a membership card on check-in, nor must they use a membership card to create a booking.
DO I NEED TO USE A MEMBER ID?
Eminence Member IDs are no longer issued as of Monday 1 May 2023 and are no longer used by Meriton Suites. Members only require using their email address and password to access their Member Profile. Eminence Members IDs are longer required to access the Eminence Member Rates.
I CAN NO LONGER VIEW MY EMINENCE DIGITAL CARD. DOES THAT MATTER?
No, it doesn’t matter. Eminence membership cards (physical and digital cards) have been discontinued and are no longer in use as of Monday 1 May 2023. Members are no longer required to produce a membership card on check-in, nor must they use a membership card to create a booking.
I HAVE AN EXISTING EMINENCE RESERVATION MADE THROUGH THE OLD METHOD. IS MY BOOKING AFFECTED?
All confirmed reservations using the former method of using the Eminence Member Rates (Eminence Rates Generator) remain unaffected by the reservation method change.
I CAN NOT SEE MY EXISTING BOOKING IN MY PROFILE. DOES THAT MATTER?
Some members who confirmed a booking before Monday 1 May 2023 without signing in may be unable to see their confirmed reservations within their Member Profile.
No further action is needed if you received a reservation confirmation email.
