WIN A WEDDING PENTHOUSE STAY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PROMOTION

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the WIN A WEDDING PENTHOUSE STAY promotion (“Promotion”) conducted by Meriton Suites.

1.2 The Promotion is open to eligible couples residing in Australia who are getting married between 1 September 2026 and 28 February 2027, inclusive.

1.3 Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

1.4 Up to five (5) winners will be selected throughout the Promotion period. Winners may be selected at different times during the Promotion period from eligible entries received.

1.5 Each winner will receive a two (2) night stay in a selected Meriton Suites Penthouse, valued at over $2,000, subject to availability and these Terms and Conditions.

HOW TO ENTER

2.1 To enter the Promotion, participants must complete all of the following:

Follow the official @meritonsuites Instagram or Facebook account;
Like the WIN A WEDDING PENTHOUSE STAY Promotion post on Instagram or Facebook; and
Comment their wedding date on the Promotion post and tag their partner.

2.2 The entrant’s partner should also follow the official @meritonsuites Instagram or Facebook account and like the Promotion post, where they have an Instagram or Facebook account.

2.3 Partners who do not have an Instagram or Facebook account can still be part of the Promotion and are not required to complete the social media requirements.

2.4 Where both partners have an Instagram or Facebook account, both partners should have followed the official @meritonsuites Instagram or Facebook account and liked the Promotion post at the time of winner selection.

2.5 The entrant must tag their partner in their comment on the Promotion post. Where the partner does not have an Instagram or Facebook account, the entrant may identify their partner by name in the comment instead.

2.6 Each eligible entry must include a wedding date falling between 1 September 2026 and 28 February 2027, inclusive.

2.7 All applicable entry requirements must be completed for an entry to be valid. Incomplete, inaccurate or invalid entries may be disqualified.

PROMOTION PERIOD

3.1 The Promotion commences on 1 September 2026 and concludes on 28 February 2027.

3.2 Up to five (5) winners will be selected throughout the Promotion period. Winners may be selected at different times during the Promotion period to accommodate eligible couples with wedding dates occurring throughout the Promotion period.

3.3 Winners will be contacted via direct message from the official @meritonsuites Instagram or Facebook account, depending on the platform through which the winning entry was submitted.

PRIZE

4.1 Each winner will receive a two (2) night stay in a Meriton Suites Penthouse.

4.2 Each prize is valued at over $2,000.

4.3 The prize is valid only at the eligible Penthouse locations listed in Section 5.

4.4 The selected Penthouse and requested stay dates are subject to availability. Meriton Suites does not guarantee availability at the winner’s preferred location or requested dates.

4.5 The prize must be booked within the period specified by Meriton Suites and is subject to availability and applicable booking conditions.

4.6 The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be redeemed for an alternative prize.

ELIGIBLE PENTHOUSE LOCATIONS

5.1 The prize may be redeemed at one of the following Meriton Suites Penthouse locations, subject to availability for the requested stay dates:

5.2 Available Penthouse options may vary depending on the requested dates and operational availability.

5.3 Winners may nominate their preferred location. However, Meriton Suites reserves the right to offer an alternative eligible Penthouse location if the requested location or dates are unavailable.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY REQUIREMENT

6.1 Professional photography is a mandatory requirement of the prize.

6.2 Each winner must arrange a professional photographer to capture professional photographs inside the Penthouse during their stay.

6.3 The professional photographer must be arranged by the winner at their own expense, unless otherwise agreed with Meriton Suites.

6.4 Following the stay, the winner must provide the professional photographs to Meriton Suites in a suitable digital format.

6.5 The professional photographs must be provided to Meriton Suites within 60 days from the date of the winner’s initial stay.

6.6 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the photographs provided to Meriton Suites may be used by Meriton Suites for marketing, advertising, promotional and social media purposes, including on Meriton Suites websites and social media channels.

6.7 The winner is responsible for ensuring that the photographer has provided any necessary permissions, licences, releases or consents required for Meriton Suites to use the photographs for these purposes.

6.8 If the professional photographs are not provided to Meriton Suites within 60 days from the date of the winner’s initial stay, the winner will be required to pay Meriton Suites the full retail value of the two-night Penthouse stay.

6.9 The professional photography requirement forms part of the prize conditions. By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees to these requirements.

ELIGIBILITY

7.1 The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

7.2 Entrants must have a wedding date that falls between 1 September 2026 and 28 February 2027, inclusive.

7.3 Where both partners have an Instagram or Facebook account, both partners should have followed the official @meritonsuites Instagram or Facebook account and liked the Promotion post at the time of winner selection.

7.4 If an entrant’s partner does not have an Instagram or Facebook account, the partner is not required to have an account, follow @meritonsuites or like the Promotion post.

7.5 Employees of Meriton Suites, its related entities and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

8.1 Up to five (5) winners will be selected throughout the Promotion period from eligible entries received.

8.2 Winners may be selected at different times during the Promotion period, taking into consideration eligible entries received and the wedding dates nominated by entrants.

8.3 Winners will be contacted via direct message from the official @meritonsuites Instagram or Facebook account, depending on the platform through which they entered.

8.4 Winners may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify their eligibility and arrange their prize, including their wedding date and details of their partner.

8.5 Selected winners must respond to Meriton Suites within seven (7) days of being contacted.

8.6 If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) days, or does not meet the eligibility requirements, Meriton Suites reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

9.1 Meriton Suites reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

9.2 Meriton Suites reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

9.3 The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram or Facebook.

9.4 By entering the WIN A WEDDING PENTHOUSE STAY Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

9.5 By accepting the prize, winners acknowledge and agree to the professional photography requirement, the requirement to provide the photographs within 60 days from their initial stay, and the use of photographs supplied to Meriton Suites for marketing and promotional purposes.
