Our standard cancellation policy requires booking cancellations or changes to be advised to us by 2PM (14:00) hotel time, one (1) day prior to arrival. If the guest does not arrive by 11PM (23:00) on the arrival date without alerting the hotel, the booking will be released and the first night of accommodation will be charged. Any pre-payments (if any) will also be forfeited. Over high demand, special event periods and group bookings alternative cancellation policies may apply. The cancellation policy will be communicated during the booking process and can be supplied in a confirmation email when requested.

Check-in/arrival time is from 3:00pm. As always, if you do arrive early and your suite is not yet available for you to check-in, you may leave your luggage and be provided access to any of our recreational facilities.
Our check-out/departure time is 10AM (10:00)
Reception can always store your luggage after you have checked-out allowing you to enjoy the local surrounds. You will still be able to collect your luggage upon your return.
