Rugby League World Cup 2026: Make a Stay of the Action
The Rugby League World Cup 2026 is set to bring five weeks of world-class sporting action to Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea from 15 October to 15 November 2026. Featuring Men’s, Women’s and Wheelchair competitions, the tournament will see 26 teams contest 53 matches across nine host cities.
The action begins with a blockbuster Men’s fixture between Australia and New Zealand at Allianz Stadium, Sydney, on 15 October. Other tournament highlights include Australia versus Fiji at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane, on 25 October, a triple-header at Cbus Super Stadium on the Gold Coast on 31 October, and a Men’s and Women’s semi-final double-header at Allianz Stadium on 8 November. The tournament concludes with the Men’s and Women’s Finals at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane, on 15 November.
