Accessing Your Account
Your Member Profile account is a key part of your Eminence membership, as you need to be logged in to take advantage of the Eminence Member Rates.
LOGGING IN
Log in to your account using your email address and the password you chose when you joined. We don’t use membership numbers for the login — your email address serves as your Member Profile. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to select the Eminence Member Rates when confirming a new reservation.
Please note: Members who joined before Monday 1 May 2023 and have yet to use the sign-in function will need to select ‘Forgot password’ to create a new password to access their Member Profile for the first time.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD OR USERNAME?
If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking ‘Forgot password’ on the sign-in page. Can’t remember your username? That’s the email address you used to sign up for Eminence.
